Dad and I went to this game:  our second trip to Harrison Field at Scott Stadium.  We had great seats, five rows up from the field in the east end zone corner.  Virginia came in with a 3-0 record, ranked #12 nationally in the ESPN/USA Today Poll.  Syracuse entered the game with a 2-1 record, unranked, and with a loss to a powerful Purdue Boilermakers team.  There were no turnovers in this game.  It was very well-played by both teams.  This game was not televised and took 2:26 to play!  This was the fastest-played UVA game since their 1993 NC State game (2:23).  Without TV timeouts or instant replays, it was a very enjoyable game.
